Classic Rock Covers and Newer Stuff - Real Live Music!

Lookout Nelson is a high-energy cover band from Barrie, Ontario, known for bringing an upbeat mix of rock, pop, and soul to stages across Simcoe County and beyond. Since our formation in 2019, we’ve been entertaining crowds at bars, festivals, and private events with a setlist that keeps audiences dancing and singing along all night long. 

Our shows feature classic rock covers and feel-good favorites from artists like Tom Petty, Stevie Wonder, Great Big Sea, Bare Naked Ladies, The Black Keys, Blue Rodeo, Johnny Cash, The Clash, Blondie, INXS, The Mavericks, Miley Cyrus, and Prince—plus a few surprises along the way. You’ll hear songs you forgot you loved, tunes you can’t help but dance to, and maybe even a few guilty pleasures (we won’t judge if you sing along). 

Whether it’s a pub crowd, a wedding party, or a corporate event, we bring the same energy, musicianship, and fun to every stage. We’re proud to give back to our community through local charity events, including performances for Barrie FoodBank Rockin Holiday Social, Davestock (in support of Gilda’s Club), and Christmas Cheer Holiday FUN-raiser.
